CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that life happens, and appointments may need to be rescheduled. However, to provide the best service to all clients, we require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a percentage. No-call, no-show appointments may be charged a set fee of 20% and may require a deposit for future bookings. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled or adjusted to fit the remaining time. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
